1. Scope

This Agreement applies to all services, digital materials, and tangible items provided by launchlaw.

2. Services

launchlaw offers custom entrepreneurial legal packs for contracts and policies. Services are delivered as described in the order confirmation. Scheduling may be arranged by mutual consent.

3. Digital Products

Digital materials include templates and guides delivered in electronic format.

4. Physical Goods

Physical items are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times vary by destination.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees are due upon order. Accepted methods include major credit or debit cards. Charges appear under the merchant name launchlaw.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Clients may cancel services up to 7 days before the agreed start date for a full refund of fees paid. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior incur a 50% nonrefundable fee. Refunds are issued within 21 days via the original payment method. Service rescheduling is available upon request, subject to availability.

6.2 Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital delivery, refunds for materials are only granted if no download or access has occurred. Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

6.3 Physical Goods

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us via the contact form. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, credits are applied within 14 days. No swaps or refunds are provided for items that show signs of use.

7. Limitation of Liability

launchlaw is not liable for indirect or special issues arising from use of our offerings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update this Agreement at any time. The revised version will be posted at launchlaw.biz and effective immediately.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
